Section 9
Consequences of Oath Ordinance, 2078 after its inactivity
Oath: Ordinance, 2078, if no other intention appears after the inactivity, the inactivity,-
(a) shall not revive any matter which was not in force or subsisted while the Ordinance was inoperative,
(b)/ It shall not affect the matter which has been carried out in accordance with that Ordinance or any work done or suffered before the procedure has been passed in accordance with it,
(c) shall not affect any right, facility, duty or obligation received, acquired or enjoyed in accordance with that Ordinance, (d) shall not affect any action or measure taken in relation to any such right, facility, duty or obligation written above and Any such legal action or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced while the Ordinance remains in force.
